The Rockport House sits on beautiful grounds with ample green space with a backdrop of downtown Rockport and the harbor. The property consists of three buildings: the Main House, the Carriage House, and the Cottage. Rooms numbered 1 through 12 are located in the Main House. Guests with reservations in these rooms should enter through the Main front door of the Victorian House. The carriage House sits in the middle of the property and the Cottage in the rear. Rooms in the Carriage House, numbered 1 through 5, each have direct exterior access. The Cottage is a standalone home in the rear of the property. There is outdoor seating to enjoy on porches and in the grass throughout the property. The seating on the carriage house and rear of the main house are reserved for the guests in the abutting rooms. There is also an outdoor shower on the rear of the main house.
